At Rainbow & Co, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, our straightforward process ensures you can get back to looking your best in no time.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
